CHOI Seung-yoon

스웨덴 출신 안무가 레베카 스틸만과의 퓨전/융합에 대한 공통의 관심사에서 시작된 작업으로 2013년도 The Swedish Arts Committment 의 지원을 받아 스톡홀름에서의 약 2주간의 리서치레지던시과정을 거쳤으며, 12월 한국 서울에서 또한 WCO의 공간지원을 받아 2주간의 리서치를 진행하였다.

 

결과물로 존해하는 퓨전이 아닌, 현상으로서 제시되는 퓨전의 경험에 관한 것으로 우리가 알지 못하는 것과 많이 본 듯한 것(데자뷰)사이에 위치하는 퓨전의 상태를 목적한다.

 

swedish choreographer Rebecka Stillman and schoon(seung yoon choi) from seoul have common interesting about fusion. 

fusion which exist as a phenomenon, so can be experienced. it might be in between unknown and dejavu.

this work got a support by The Swedish Arts Committment for researching in Nov. 2013, and by WCO in seoul in Dec.2013 as well.
